THE FAIR!

We went to the fair today! Me, you guys, your grandma, your grandpa, Ana, Gio, and my Cousin. ALL packed into the van and off we went. I took a bunch of pictures but as I said, Gio is here and he likes to stand over my shoulder and wait for me to let him use the PC. Thats so annoying >.>
I just laid you guys down so hopefully youre sleeping cause my feet hurt! I'll upload all the pictures from today tomorrow and post them on tomorrows blog because GIO IS OVER MY SHOULDER! and he just asked why am I typing his name. Hes 7 so he cant read that fast yet. You guys had fun, like always. More details tomorrow! I LOVE YOU!

2 BOYS?!

When people I know or once knew find out I have two boys, theyre usally like OMG YOU HAVE 2 boys?! and I always respond with, "I know right!" Even though I dont really know what that means. hmm, That topic is something more for MY blog than yours so Ill keep my deep thinking on such matters to my page and keep yours with just pictures and crap you do every day because thats the point of this right? One day, most likely when youre teenagers, youll be reading this and be face desking at all the "lame" stuff I put on here. But you see, the thing about that is, ITS NOT LAME! I wonder if I'll still talk to the way I do now when youre older. Maybe I'll be more sophisticated and MOM-LIKE? But for right now, I talk pretty much the way I type.

Noah, Noah, Noah...You are the sweetest thing I've ever laid eyes on. You are just a big softy and I love it. I'm pretty sure I only took that picture to embarrass you with it one day. Youre just laying on the floor, naked, enjoying spongebob without a care in the world. LOVE IT!

You also have the sweetest eyes ever. When you look into your eyes theyre just so soft. Youre not even 3 yet and I can tell what a big kind heart you have.

Oh Logan How I love you! You stress me out but boy do I love you. I love both of you. I should make a blog called the son I love more so then you will both know once and for all who my favorite is. LOL! Aw, Noah just woke up and came to me on the computer and fell asleep in my arms. <3 Sweetest thing EVER!

Mac N Cheese

After a 3am rendition of Twinkle Twinkle, this is how my morning started out. He said he had to go peepee and I handed him a diaper! I'm lazy in the morning. But I think the answer was no lol. Your grandma made you sweet bread for breakfast and sopita for lunch which you both love ALMOST as much as pizza. And for dinner? Mommy made you her specialty...

Pizza & Pinesol

Last minute Dentist appointment called for a last minute babysitter! I want you both to know that since the day you were born, I've never left either of you in the care of anyone other than your Dad, Ana, or your Grandma Graciela. I did and do have a lot of offers "oh if you ever need a babysitter" or "If you ever wanna get out for a little you can drop them off with me!" But i've never taken anyone up on their offers. Some people tell me its bad and I get why its bad but I just cant allow myself to do it. I have abandonment issues. My two most cherished people in the world that had a huge part in raising me died when I was just a teen, both within a year of each other. I never dealt with that, I just kept pushing forward. Now that I'm older, I KNOW they didnt leave me on purpose or because they wanted to or even had the choice in the matter, but I still feel like they left me and there will forever be a void inside me that I NEVER want you two to feel. SoO in my messed up crazy mind, I worry that If I ever leave you anywhere and you notice Im not there youre gonna feel like I left you. I know its stupid but Its something I worry about. Thats only part of the reason why I dont leave you guys anywhere. The other part is that I feel highly responsible for you. IM YOUR MOM, so thats a given. BUT since the day you were born, I've had the overwhelming feeling to protect you. Its like that crap you read in books and you'll never understand what I mean until you have kids of your own. My motherly instinct didnt kick in the the first moments I held you. Some Moms say they felt it since the moment they knew they were pregnant or felt them move, but mine kicked in full gear when I held you. So yeah, I have this overwhelming feeling to protect you at all costs in anyway I can and since before you were even born, I swore to myself that I would not fail either of you. Since the first scrapped knee to the first bruise, even if i wasnt there, I felt like I should have been. That some how I wasnt doing the only thing in the world that matters and protecting you from whatever that may be. Mothers of 15 year olds would probably read this and roll their eyes because its virtually impossible to protect you from everything but I'll be darned if I dont try.

So that brings be back to the initial point of all that, the reason why I dont leave you with other people. I never want you to feel like I left you and if you do get hurt, I feel like I should be the one there to kiss away the owies. CALL ME CRAZY! I'm sure it wouldnt be the first time and it wont be the last so whatever! ANYWAYS. I'm getting off topic. Last minute babysitter. right. Ok, so...Ana has a boyfriend and his name is Ricky. Shes been with since right before Noah was born If i remember correctly. He has a sister. She just turned 18. Ricky has brought her around the house a few times and we play board games or whatever. Nice girl. Contagious smile. She takes care of her two younger brothers on the daily, so Ana asked if she would watch you two for a couple hours. After Ana gave me her number and I talked to her, she was nice enough to bring both her younger brothers over here to watch you. They only live about 5 minutes up the road which is nice. Logan woke up at 9am like clock work and Noah slept until i woke him up at 9:45! LAZY :P I got you both ready and we went to pick them up. It was pouring out and you both refused to put on your jackets so I made you both walk to the car as punishment for not wanting to put on your coats lol. Noah loved it because I swear hes half fish, Logan was pissed the whole time. Got you in your seats and off we went. They all 3 piled in the van and on the way home I stopped and got you all Wendys. The usual for you two ( chicken nuggets, fries, and a sprite ), and Cheeseburger combos for them. Because it was raining so hard, everyone out was a little slower than usual so getting to and from took a little longer than expected. We got to the house and I rushed everyone inside and gave her the basic instructions again. "Keep the doors locked, dont let them go in any rooms, keep them out of the back yard, give them whatever they ask to eat. Theyre being potty trained but if you dont feel like taking them every 5 minutes like they ask, just keep their diaper on them, I wont be long. IF they ask for a bottle which they probably wont, Noahs is the bigger one. The milk is in the fridge and I think you know how to use a microwave. Help yourself to any of the food in the house, we have lots of cookies and crap like that. You can use my computer, if it turns off just turn it back on. The wifi passcode is Chimichanga, if you wanna use it for your phone. AND The xbox is the only console plugged up and all the games and controllers are right there." I didnt really know what else to say...Ive never been in that situation before and you boys are pretty easy to take care of. I asked her if she had any questions or concerns, she said no and I hurried out the door.

On the way home from the Dentist, I had a mouth full of gauze and swollen face but that didnt keep me from walking into Little Ceasar's with a note saying "1 Pepperoni and 1 cheese please & thank you." I handed her the note and she looked at me, probably thought I was robbing her, but i pointed to my face and nodded as if to apologize. She smiled and said no problem, asked If i wanted a receipt and i shook my head no. If you guys were mad that I left you, this surely would make you forget?

Got home around 12:30, I had left the house around 10:30 so it wasnt too bad, and you two were happy as can be. Jackies brothers were playing Portal on the xbox and she was lying on the couch. Its like you didnt even notice I was home, all you noticed was the PIZZA! You both followed me into the kitchen as did she and said you probably wouldnt be hungry since she just fed you guys cereal but I know my boys. Theyre never too full for pizza and of course your Mother is right. You two marched away happily with your slices of cheese pizza.

Honestly, I felt pretty good when I got home. I was still numb so I couldnt complain much but I was rather lazy. I didnt want to get the boys ready and take her home so I asked your Dad if he could take her. He agreed but said he wouldnt be finished til almost 3, which was fine because she didnt have to be at work until 5 so they just played games until then.

Everything was going smoothly and I thought the rest of my night was gonna be somewhat easy, I fed you noodles and you were both happy with that, then out of nowhere, LOGAN (Its always LOGAN lol) decides to get under the sink in the kitchen and spray his face with pine-sol.

He was immediately thrown in the shower and given a thorough scrubbing. Besides having some eye irritation, Its safe to say youre fine. AND FOR THE RECORD, there are "child-proof" latches on the cabinets but child-proof and MYKID-proof are two entirely different things. I mean, c'mon...Noah can open the "child-proof" gate to the garage like nothing and its not one of those easy peasy ones either! Its a full on, you need two hands to open it gate. Not sure what we are going to do about that under the sink crap cause thats dangerous. I knew you could open the cupboards to the pantry but all thats gonna do is add a few calories to you. I'm pretty sure pinesol and windex have a slightly greater risk of terrible things happening if you get into them, so we'll have to figure something out there.

Its a little after 7pm which means its time to start getting you ready for bed. I'll probably lay down with you. Hoping I wake up better than I did the last time I was at the Dentist since you two deserve a high functioning and healthy Mom!

Nothing to Report

lol. As the title states, nothing to report. I'm still feeling a little crappy from the Dentist last week and when I feel crappy, you guys have a boring day. OH! and tomorrow I got squeezed in for more Dental work at 11am. Trying to find someone to watch you guys was hard! I've never let anyone outside of your Grandma and Ana watch you so I didnt really know what to do in this situation where both of them are unavailable. But I think we got it figured out and by we I mean, your LIFE SAVER OF A GODS GIFT GRANDMA, BLESS HER PERFECT SOUL! More to report on that tomorrow. Its bedtime. I love yous!

Potty Chart & Wal-Mart

Today we finally put up the Potty Chart in the restroom. The only tape I could find was duct, so it doesnt look too pretty but thats ok because I made and colored the charts by hand and they are quite lovely! Dontcha Think?!

Logan is a little ahead when it comes to pottying in the potty. Although, Noah tinkles a lot more when he goes but goes less frequently. I think Logan is still learning that he can control his bladder. You both pooped in the potty today! YAY! but you also pooped on the floor :| but hey, accidents happen. Well, Noah didnt poop ON the floor. Technically you pooped in your underwear because I put big boy undies on you and you pooped in them, then squished it around in there like playdoh! It was pretty disgusting. Logan, you LITERALLY pooped on the floor. Dead set in the middle of the hallway then came and told me you made a mess. I was scared to go look but when I did, it was just a turd sitting there, nothing too too bad. We're getting there!
Apparently your Dad has been teaching you "HULK SMASH!" because you randomly say it then slam your fist down. I had no idea where you had gotten it then I asked your Dad the other day and he laughed so I'm guessing thats where youre getting it from. I've never been a fan of fighting or guns or anything like that but I have to remember that you're both boys! If it was my way you'd both be in the kitchen baking cupcakes with me all the time but I understand you are boys so you wanna get rough and dirty sometimes. I've been better about letting you play with guns and swords and wrestle a little more these days. Today when we went to walmart, we had to complete the HULK SMASH...

You didnt take them off the whole ride home and I had to fight with you to take them off so you could get in the bath. You love those stupid things lol. They were a bit expensive($20) for something so useless IMO but you seem to enjoy them and a happy you, makes a happy me :) Theyre made of foam so you dont cause too much damage with them, or havent yet atleast. We'll see how long until something comes up broken or Logan comes crying that you hit him.

Made it out of Walmart alive and we got Wendy's on the way home. You both get the same thing all the time because you dont eat much of anything besides french fries! But i get them with no salt so i feel less guilty =P Logan just started eating the chicken nuggets which is awesome! Now to get Noah to up his protein intake and we will be all set!

I just laid Logi down right before I started this and its almost 10pm so I'm about to turn off the tv and put Noah to bed. Youre not going to be very happy about this since youre really into this episode of Peppa Pig but OH WELL! ITS MI'MI's TIME!

Missing you two!

Today I woke up and got you both ready to go with your Grandparents to Salem to your Uncle Alfredos house. You guys love it there. He has a pool, trampoline, volleyball court, and a dog named KiKi that you both always ask to see. Its almost 7pm and youve both been gone all day having the time of your lives im sure while I'm over here alone, just missing you! Thats ok though. As long as youre happy, Im happy!

I asked Ana to take a few pictures while you were there so I could add here but she hasnt sent any. She did send a video though. Its of Logan sitting on a bench in a trance. She then panned over to what he was watching and it was a stage full of girls tap dancing. He was so hypnotized! He loves music and dancing and performing. I'm telling you, Logi is gonna be a star one day. I dont know how, why, or when, but he was born to shine. Mark my words lol. BUT if you dont, I'll still love you no matter what! I promise :D

I just called your grandma to see what you were doing and I hear Noah asking for Juice and Logan saying he has to go "pee-pee." She said you guys ate rice and were having a lot of fun like I knew you would.

Zzz

I don't remember which one woke me up or if it was both of you, but it was around 9. Logan is a huge morning person. You always wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed. Noah is usually in a good mood as well, but you like to be cuddled in the morning. You like Mommy to put her arm around you and cuddle you into my neck. I dont know how you can breath like that, but you love it and it puts me in a better mood. I AM NOT a morning person. Never have been. I dont like to talk in the morning but seeing you two so happy, how can I not be happy?

Neither of you wanted to eat, but you both wanted bottles. YES BOTTLES! I know that Noahs almost 3 and Logans almost 2 but you love your bottles! You usually only have one in the morning and one to sleep. Everyone says I should be trying to get you off it but I dont want to take away something you enjoy. Just like I tell everyone else...I've never seen a 5 year old with a bottle, so I figure that you'll stop using it when you want to lol.

I've been feeling really dizzy today so I asked your Dad if he could go to the store for me because you need some milk and stuff but of course he said no but that instead he would watch you while I went. I brought you both back a slice of piece each, I know how much you boys LOVE your pizza. Never the crust though, that always goes in the trash. You two can finish off a full medium pizza all by yourselves.

Logibear was pooped and fell asleep around 730. You rarely fight it. You'll even tell me when you want to go to sleep. "Momma ba-ba and mi-mis." So once I make you a bottle, you run straight to your bed.

On the other hand, Noah showed no signs of slowing down. You never ask to go "mi-mi's," and even when its time for bed, you never want to go! You usually stay up another hour or two sitting on the couch watching Umizoomi or Max and Ruby until you fall asleep, then I struggle to carry you to my bed. It's quite the job since youre not a little baby anymore :P.

Boring Day

Today was a very boring day. We did nothing special. This morning was uneventful because you both kept opening the back door and going outside to feed the dogs your snacks. I had to tell you guys atleast 5 times before I got really upset. I finally got stern and pulled you both back inside. Logan of course, laughed and ran. Noah, you began crying uncontrollably. AND just like every other time, you threw up all over the place. This time it was in the kitchen. I wanna say 3 different spots, but could have been 4. Logan walked through them a few times while I tried to calm you down and keep you from throwing up more. Once you were calm, I told you everything was ok and to go sit down on the couch while Mommy cleaned the mess. I wiped you up and off you went. I wiped off Logans feet too and he just stood there watching as I used what seemed like 100 wipes to clean up the vomit from the floor. Of all days for me to feed you breakfast! lol! Usually neither of you are hungry until around 11 or 12pm but today you had a big bowl of cereal that I ended up cleaning off the floor along with Doritos. I'm not sure where you got doritos from but there was definitely doritos in there. So yeah, that was fun.

The rest of the day was boring. We took Grandma to work and came home. I cleaned while you watched cartoons, the usual. You did have a lot of carrots from the homemade chicken soup your grandma made. Noah only eats the carrots, while Logan will eat everything but the chicken.

Its now 9pm. Logi has been asleep for about an hour an a half. Noah is sitting behind me on the couch watching an episode of Max and Ruby. He knows this episode word for word. I just turned about to glance at him and his eyes are glossy. Hes definitely tired. After I finish this, I'm going to go cuddle up with him in bed and fall asleep. Thats probably one of my favorite times. Bedtime. Not only because I get to sleep, but because Noah is such a cuddler. I dont know what I'm going to do once he starts sleeping in his own bed since hes been spoiling me since he was born. Logan on the other hand has never slept in Mommy's bed. Hes perfectly content inside his crib.


You two are perfect in every way shape and form.
I just realized that I should probably start taking more pictures when you have clothes on because youre going to grow up thinking you had no clothes when in reality you have two closets full of them! Well, Logan does because he gets all the hand me downs lol. Noah actually needs some new summer clothes. Probably going to go shopping for them this week sometime.

Logan the Little Pisser

Today was a very bad day for me. I had an extremely high fever and a pounding headache. Normally I would ask your Grandma to watch you while I laid down for a little while but she had to be at work by 11 and being that I was sick I couldnt take her so she had to leave extra early to take the bus. I did the best I could until your dad got off of work. I barricaded us in the room by blocking off the door with Logans crib, turned on Dora the explorer and laid down. I let you guys pretty much destroy the bedroom. There were french fries all over the floor and you both kept taking off your diapers til I finally gave up and left you naked. It seemed to be working out well until Logan walked up to me while I was sitting on the edge of the bed and decided to pee on my leg. All down my pajama bottom leg and one sock. I was so grossed out but felt too crappy to even get mad. So I got up and took you both to the bathroom. Noah sat on the potty first and started to tinkle and as soon as he did, Logan started peeing on Noahs feet while he was peeing in the potty! I grabbed the towel that was behind the door and started wiping off Noahs feet and the floor. By the time Logan got his turn on the potty, I think most of his pee was on the floor. I wasnt a happy camper but thats ok. Your dad got off work early to take care of you while I laid down. I feel asleep for a few hours, woke up to use the bathroom and the house was silent so I was guessing that he had taken you somewhere and went back to lie down. At around 6 he woke me up to ask where your socks were because he was going to take you to the park. He woke you guys up, got you dressed, fed you and took you to the park while I laid back down. When you guys got back, he gave you both a bath. Despite me feeling horrible, you two were in very good moods after your baths.
I tried to lay you down with bottles but I dont think you two were ready for bed yet lol.

You guys keep doing this really annoying thing where you just scream for no reason. Usually Noah will do it first in the highest pitch ever, then Logan will follow suit. My head is killing me so I tell you guys to be quiet but you dont listen. Surprise Surprise lol.

Boys will be boys I suppose ♥

Your Mother is OLD!

Today is my 30th Birthday! YIKES! How did I celebrate it you might ask? Well, we all woke up at 9:30am. Had a bowl of Multigrain cheerios, and watched Peppa Pig on Nick Jr. We all 3 got dressed and off we went. Where did we go? To my Birthday party maybe? lol, Nope. To the Dentist. We met your dad at the Dentist and I stayed there and he took you guys home. I have a lot of work to get done and I hadnt been to the Dentist in over 20 years, so I was terrified to say the least. It all went well though. I wasnt in any pain until a few minutes ago when I woke up from a tiny nap. I would like most of these blogs to be videos but for days like to today where even swallowing is painful, a written blog will have to do!

I think Logan is tired of diapers completely. You take it off every chance you get and it frustrates the heck out of me so as of lately, I've just been letting you run around naked! You are constantly asking to "go pee-pee," which is a very good thing. You have had a few accidents, but thats expected because you're not even 2 yet!

Now Noah, youre a different story. You dont mind to be wet so you dont seem in any rush to be potty trained yet but thats ok, I'm patient.
